Q : Error occurs when I record Music CD in [Digital Copy] mode.
A : Because [Digital Copy] is performed by direct hardware control, this mode may not work on certain OS or CD-ROM drives. If sound is unstable with this mode, [Analog Recording] Mode is recommended.
3. Playing CD
Q : Neither Sound Effector nor Equalizer work when Music CD plays.
A : Equalizer is available only for MPEG Audio file. Sound Effect is available for MPEG Audio/Video file or WAV file. If effector works, red [EFFECT] indicator on the component flickers.
4. Digital Audio Component
Q : RM file is not supported in my computer.
A : First, run RealPlayer with that file. If it doesn't work, the computer has some problem. If RealPlayer works well, the file might be encoded into RealPlayer G2 format. Jet-Audio includes RealPlayer 5.0 engine internally, and doesn't support RealPlayer G2 Beta released recently.
Q : Sound is too much echoed while Digital Audio Component plays.
A : First, adjust each slide bar of Reverb, 3D and Wide effector for the better sound. If sound is still bad, change the Output Scale of the [Advanced] options in Digital Audio of [Preferences]. Optimum value can't be said because every MP3 file has its own sound level set by encoder. Generally, around 24000 is proper. Jet-Audio can adjust the value automatically if [Automatic Gain Adjustment] is selected. However, the level can vary abruptly by On/Off effector or setting equalizer.

A : Go to Digital Audio Advanced Options of [Preferences] and adjust the values of [Number of buffer of WAV output] and [Engine Priority].

A: The number displayed when you play module files such as MOD, S3M, is not the actual time but a pattern number.
Q : Sound stops or tempo is wrong while the component plays MIDI file.
A : You'd better not use internal Jet-MIDI engine. Disable [Use Jet-Audio Internal Engine] option from MIDI of [Preferences].
